Self-love gives each of us permission to be careful, patient, and kind to ourselves. Self-love allows us to move through life from a strengths perspective vs. listening to that inner critic. 

Self-love empowers us with the confidence to take calculated risks vs. playing it safe and waiting for life to give us what it wants us have. Self-love gives us the courage to say Yes, and the power to say No. It's your life, take control.

Self-love authorizes you to practice self-empathy, self-compassion, and self-care.

Self-love is the foundation for unconditional love, abundance, and living a fulfilled life. Lack of self-love leaves women (and others) feeling unworthy. 

For too many women, lack of self-worth manifests as:

We practice cultivating self-love through meditation.


11:10Self-Love Affirmations

Self-love affirmations are positive statements that focus specifically on promoting self-love and acceptance. Repeating positive statements about yourself, you train your brain to think more positively about yourself. This can help you overcome negative self-talk and boost your self-esteem.


11:10Self-Love Saturday Focus

If you want to feel loved, be loved , and enjoy love, you must first love yourself whole-heartedly. You are lovable. You are worthy. Every week, we cover ways to prove it.


11:45Moments of Sisterhood

Sisterhood is an emotional bond between women, often not related by blood. In our sisterhood, we tell each other the truth; we honor each other; we support one-another; we challenge each other, and we love each other like sisters. It's your turn to share, comment, give feedback or ask questions.


12:00Optional Flex Time

If you have the time, we will be on the line for an additional 30 minutes for deeper dives, topic clarity, and resource review.

Where is your starting place? Download the Self-Esteem Check-In Worksheet to get some insight into how you feel about yourself. It is useful to see your key indicators of self-love, and your overall positive wellbeing.


Wk 3A Love Letter to Myself

That inner critic reminds of us our shortcomings and deficits every day. Let's take a moment to see ourselves from a strengths perspective. Writing a love letter to yourself will help you emphasize your most valued attributes. Let's celebrate the essence of you.


Wk 4Emotional Wellness Quiz

How often do you have emotional outbursts? Do you make emotional decisions that you later regret? Is your life driven by how you feel? The Emotional Wellness Quiz helps you identify the degree to which you recognize, accept, and manage your feelings. This quiz will help you recognize your emotional IQ. We will discuss what that means and why it matters.


Wk 5Who Am I?

The Who Am I worksheet may help to enhance self-awareness. We start by examining the fundamental question: “Who Am I?” In doing so, you can examine their thoughts, feelings, and choices, behaviors, and habits.


Wk 6Self-validation and Self-respect

The goal of this exercise is to help you improve your self-confidence and self-esteem. This week you will learn how to use self-validtion as a positive method for improving, self-confidence and self-love.
